About
Asymmetry is a property of nature, the human body and the home. Sanlorenzo applies this principle to the SL102A, reimagining the conventional motor yacht layout to create an asymmetric configuration that adds approximately 10 sq.m. to the interior volume while improving access to the open decks. Claimed as the first asymmetric yacht in the world, the design was developed around a flexible space concept that allows each build to be tailored to the owner's requirements. Built in 2020, the planing hull is powered by twin MTU 16V2000M96 diesel engines, each delivering 2,434 hp, for a maximum speed of 28 knots. Accommodation comprises six cabins and 12 berths.
