Most dealer software predates the smartphone. Moorine is one structured database for the sale and charter fleet, in a fast, modern interface the whole team will want to open.

every lead lands on its yacht.

Budget, dates and requirements arrive as fields, not as an email to re-type. A lead moves through eight stages from new to won, notes stay on the record, and every reply shows whether it was delivered.

seven roles,
checked by the database.

  • Super admin everything
  • Dealer admin the dealership
  • Broker assigned yachts
  • Editor records & media
  • Viewer read only
  • Customer own inquiries
  • Agent proposals only

Permissions live in the database itself, so a forbidden action fails everywhere — not just in the interface.

  1. 01

    Start private or arrive prefilled

Open a tightly limited sandbox now, or let Moorine prepare the real sale and charter inventory before the first login.

  2. 02

    The admin fits the dealership

Sale, charter, or both: the back office is arranged around how the dealership actually works.

  3. 03

    Verify, publish, then expand

Review the records, publish approved listings to Moorine, and add a dealer-owned site or API only when the core workflow proves useful.

Managed

Moorine runs the platform end to end: hosting, interface, upgrades, backups. The dealership signs in and works with the fleet.

Enterprise

Some fleets cannot share infrastructure, out of respect for client and yacht privacy. For them the full platform runs on the dealership's own servers: updates delivered, deep customization, white label.

browse the same records dealers maintain.

The public catalog is open for the alpha fleet: searchable listings, yacht detail pages, and inquiry capture backed by Moorine's database. Verified dealers approve what goes public; private drafts stay inside the workspace.
