Content ownership

All vessel listings displayed on Moorine — including photographs, specifications, descriptions, and pricing — remain the property of the respective dealer, broker, manufacturer, or photographer. Moorine does not claim any ownership or exclusive rights over this content and displays it solely to help buyers discover a vessel and connect with the dealer offering it.

Sourcing during early access

During the current alpha phase, listings may be compiled from publicly available dealer websites and marketing materials to demonstrate the platform before a dealer has formally joined. Moorine keeps a record of the source of each imported listing and its media, and attributes the originating builder or dealer where that information is available.

Dealer claim & control

Any dealer, broker, or manufacturer whose vessel appears on Moorine may claim the listing free of charge to take direct control of its content — publish or unpublish it, correct its details, or replace its media. To claim a listing, email hello@moorine.com with the listing URL, or use the "Claim this listing" link shown on the listing page.

Removal requests

If you are a rights holder — dealer, broker, manufacturer, or photographer — and want any content removed, email hello@moorine.com with:

• the listing URL;
• a description of the content in question; and
• confirmation of your relationship to the vessel or content.

We will remove or take down the content within two business days of a valid request, no questions asked.

No warranty

Listing information is provided "as is" for discovery purposes. Moorine does not guarantee accuracy, availability, or pricing — always confirm details directly with the dealer. See also the privacy notice for how inquiry data is processed.
